My main reason for the upgrade was to take advantage of WLW's tags feature.</p> <p>Unfortunately, after the upgrade it still didn't work. Evidently the manifest file didn't get installed. I downloaded the .zip and the .gz versions of WP231 and the manifest is there but it is not in my installation.</p> <p>Can I just place the manifest file using FTP or do I need to do something else? I really want to get this working.</p> <p>Also, hopefully you can reproduce this and correct the issue. </p>
