Thabks to the superb support of the programmer, the site is up and running. I had opened a ticket with my host support from the start saying that I had a 500 Internal error, and their response at that time was to say "if you didn't make backups of your site you are plum out of lick, can't help you". It's a good thing that Keith sent me back to them with a more defined version of the problem. Seems like you have to spell it out to them.

I can't thank Keith enough for his immediate attention to the problem, his time and patience, and for following through until the problem was fixed.

When I executed the plugin, it asked for my FTP credentials, then it gave me 2 warning messages, something about not being able to update wp-includes and wp-admin because unable to find the directories..it still said that it was successful, so I continued. The result: I cannot access my website, I get a blank page with 500 internal server error and 404 not found error. I don't know where the upgrade put the backup files as there is a wpau-backup folder on my root folder on my site, but nothing in it. Please help me gain acess to my website http://www.godyesorno.com.
