I had opened a ticket with my host support from the start saying that I had a 500 Internal error, and their response at that time was to say "if you didn't make backups of your site you are plum out of lick, can't help you". It's a good thing that Keith sent me back to them with a more defined version of the problem. The result: I cannot access my website, I get a blank page with 500 internal server error and 404 not found error. I don't know where the upgrade put the backup files as there is a wpau-backup folder on my root folder on my site, but nothing in it. Please help me gain acess to my website <a href="http://www.godyesorno.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.godyesorno.com</a>. </p>
