As a first step, I download my files as a zip folder, but I can't open it. Windows throws a box at me saying the files cannot be opened in order to protect my computer.<br /> How do I open and verify the files before proceeding with the upgrade? If anything goes wrong, how would I restore the files? Thanks. </p>
