   I upgraded my site today and all the stages were successful except the last one. When I clicked on reactivate the plugins, I could not access my site after that. I am getting the following message:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /home/xboxrepa/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 22

   Please help what should I do to get the access back to site.
