   Great plugin, worked fine on 2 simple upgrades. But on the 3rd had some issues. It's going from 2.21 to 2.6 and after entering the FTP info and clickinh the "Let's go" button I get "Oops sorry you are not authorized to do this " I wanted to try again and on cleanup I get the same message. I figure something isn't writable but what. Also, how can I manually cleanup a bad install.
