Please Help - Unable to access Admin panel after clicking for upgrade

Hello,

My wordpress url and the wordpress base dir url are different ..

my index.html and .htaccess files are in public_html and all the wp file in public_html/wp directory ..

After I cliked on click here to upgrade I cannot access my Admin panel ..

Please help me sort out this problem .. could it b a faulty .htaccess file or any misconfiguration in the database due to the upgrade?

does wpau modifies any existing wp tables? or wp config files?
