Restoring Site Using WPAU files

    If this is covered elsewhere - please point me in the right direction. Otherwise HELP!!!

    All I have are the two files downloaded during a recent upgrade on a site. Now the site has been damaged and I need to somehow use these files. However, they are not being recognized anywhere as a way to restore things.

    How can I use these WPAU backup files to actually backup the site...well restore it at this point?
