   The process goes through, but it doesn't update Wordpress, and it doesn't go out of maintenance mode, so now I'm stuck with that. My site is at http://www.fookhar.dk.

   I got these errors in the process: Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /hsphere/local/home/fookhar/fookhar.dk/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/wpau_upgrade.class.php on line 59

   But I could still continue.

   I have the same problem. I cannot get it out of maintenance mode.

   I had the same problem. Uploading the original WordPress index.php fixed it, but I'm still not upgraded...

   I'll do it manually from now on, until they build this feature into WP

   Did same thing enginez, put back WP's index.php file. Very annoying problem though.
