   I used your great plugin before and upgraded succesfully, but this time I'm getting a message about a failure; it is not possible to put the site in the maintenance mode, it says. I'm getting this message with the manual as well as with the automatic option. Thanks for your help, Bart

   I used wrong ftp credentials, sorry for the trouble.
